凡人都有勞苦重擔。有的人試圖以財富、名利、工作、地位來肯定自己，於是有人成了金錢的奴隸，有人成了名利的奴隸，有人成了事業的奴隸，可惜這些東西並沒有帶給他們與滿足、喜樂與平安。 主耶稣說 :「凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裏來，我就使你們得安息。」
